Val and Paul recently returned from the 2007 USATF Convention held in Hawaii where they were both presented with the 2007 Chair Award. The awards read as follows:

National Officials Committee proudly presents the 2007 Chair Award. This award is given in recognition of outstanding efforts & achievement over the past year and it is presented to (Insert Val and Paul's names here) Maine Association. Through her/his dedication & leadership she/he has shown tremendous support of her/his committee.
