Race Sanctioning

Not all associations follow the same fee structure for sanctioning races/events as does the national office. Please follow this link for our sanctioning letter. All questions concerning sanctioning should be addressed to Valaree Foss, MEUSATF President.

Here are some additional forms and documents that should be read and or submitted when you are seeking an event sanction or after completing an event:

• Sanction Form.
• Information and form for liability insurance.
• If no insurance is required a waiver of insurance form must be filed.
• If your event will offer prizes to elite athletes, please read this information and complete form if needed.
• After your event has been held you need to complete a Post-Event Form and submit it as indicated on the form.

Once your forms are completed they should be returned to MEUSATF, PO Box 214, Canaan, ME 04924-0214.
